I understand that things come up and that you may occasionally be late or need to cancel. I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation. For a first time cancellation or no-show fee of 25% of your total booked service cost will apply. The second time is 50% of total booked service cost will apply. The third time is 100% of total booked service cost will apply and you may have to make a deposit for future appointments. This fee is non-refundable and required in order to rebook.
